My crazy idea

Hi, my name is Ben, and I’m a habitual designer.

PDS is PruittDesignStudio; my one man show.

This blog is an exercise in keeping a design schedule. And keeping my chops. My intention in 2010 is to faithfully post a different design each and every day.

I am giving myself the option of occasionally posting something that was created in the past, but I would like the challenge of coming up with a new finished design a day.

So here we go.

A little background

Over the years I have worked in many different fields of advertising, marketing & promotion, print design and web design.

I have been an art director, studio production manager, typesetter, voice talent, web designer, web developer, sign painter & screen printer.

Also a Windows server administrator, inker, drafter, litho camera operator, musician, actor, video tape operator and copywriter.

I work on a a Mac.

I have a great family, a magnificent dog and great neighbors.

I play drums every day and occasionally find my self singing.

2010 begins with an active search for freelance clients and/or full or part time employment.

I really love what I do.
